The TeraFlex slotted driver brake rotor provides superior braking performance. It is intended as a replacement for the rotor brake in the front brake set (TX4303420). Notched rotor brakes are characterized by a higher mechanical resistance and, most of all, their advantage is an increased capability when driving on a wet surface. The grooves of the rotor brake are usually directed and curved in such a way that they can cover the entire surface of the brake pads, providing much better ventilation than a series of holes.
Their resistance to temperature is much higher, but it should be remembered that extreme weather conditions may have a negative impact on the performance of the rotor brake. For this reason it is advisable to use the best possible brake pads (TX4303430), this way you can avoid rapid wear of the slotted rotor brake.
